What makes the difference between a good trip and the trip you will remember the rest of your life?

Even the most memorable place needs the expert advice and help to assist you while you experience the sights and activities that suit your personal interests.

The Inle Regional Conductor Team is an organization of the licensed guides and the tour conductors who are learning their profession.  There are xxxx Senior Level A guides, yyyy Level B guides, and zzzzz   regional conductors who are taking workshop training to become guides.  This regional team is led by (names).  One of the most important services is the two month training held in the spring for new trainees and for guides preparing for their licenses by the national Ministry of Tourism.

The great guides at Inle care about the future of the lake as much as they care about your experience when you visit the lake or the area nearby.  They started an organization in 2011, “Save the Nature” to increase awareness of the fragile ecology on the lake, and also hosted activities to clean up villages and some of the pagodas on the lake.

When this group had done a few projects for “Save the Nature” they decided to create a business that would help the guests at Inle and also provide an opportunity for the next generation of guides to learn from them about how to be a great guide.  Their idea was this “Eleven Inle Travel Desk” - a cooperative of the currently licensed guides, and a place to help the tourist connect with guest houses, boats, and find advice on treks and bikes and all sorts of activities.

The Inle Regional Conductor Team will also participate and support a new workshop in the summer time:  “English for Tourism Workers”.
